The staff was amazingly friendly and excellent, they made our trip! The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well-equipped with view. An electric kettle, a fridge, and a toaster were a big plus...

The cleanliness of the room was somewhat lacking, particularly under the furniture. It seemed like the cleaning staff may not have paid attention to these areas.

The hotel with brand-new rooms in a fairly nice area in the beautiful nature of Gutach. The rooms with view. Beautiful and lovely location, just a walk down to everywhere. Overall a really amazing stay for a perfect holiday in Schwarzwald.
